The Rebellion

ABOUT REBEL CALM

Where the Outcasts Come Home.

Rebel Calm was built for the people who never fit neatly into the boxes the world tried to force them into. The ones who feel too much, think too fast, shut down under pressure, or carry stories in their bones. The ones who were told they were “too intense,” “too emotional,” “too sensitive,” “too much.”

This is a space for the weirdos, the outlaws, the deep feelers, the thinkers, the fighters, the ones who survived more than anyone ever realised. A space where healing doesn’t mean pretending. A space where calm becomes a rebellion.

Who I am

I’m Stina - autistic, ADHD, living with CPTSD and recurrent depressive disorder. I’ve spent my life navigating systems that weren’t built for people like me, misdiagnosed for years as bipolar before anyone bothered to look at my neurodiversity. I learned early that the world doesn’t always make room for people who think differently; so I stopped asking for space and started building my own.

I’m a certified neurodiversity coach and trained therapist specialising in trauma‑informed holistic practice. I work in the grey areas, outside the norm, in ways that are raw, real, and grounded in lived experience. I don’t apologise for my presence and if the room isn’t built for me, I build a new one.

What I've Done

Despite every label society threw at me, I’ve done some pretty incredible things:

  • Empowered thousands of people online through my communities
  • Released best-selling books, self‑help tools, and resources used worldwide
  • Delivered workshops across the globe
  • Hosted and led an international award ceremony celebrating women from every walk of life
  • Built communities where outcasts, misfits, and deep feelers finally feel seen
  • Supported people through adversity with a level of fortitude I learned the hard way

I’ve watched countless people rise from places they thought they’d never escape and I’ve had the privilege of walking beside them as they rebuilt their lives.

What I believe

I believe in people — fiercely.

I believe in the weird and wonderful magic inside every brain. I believe in the potential that blooms when someone is finally allowed to be their whole self. I believe in community, in honesty, in messy humanity, in the kind of healing that doesn’t require you to perform being “fine.”

I have a passion for inclusivity and equally, for not being included. I’d rather sit with the outcasts and have an honest conversation than conform to outdated expectations of what “professional” should look like.

Rebel Calm exists because people like us deserve a space where we don’t have to mask, shrink, or apologise.

How I work

 My approach blends:

  • Trauma‑informed practice
  • Neurodiversity‑affirming support
  • Holistic wellbeing
  • Real‑world grounding
  • Spiritual intuition and rebellious honesty

I create spaces where every emotion is welcome; anger, sadness, fear, joy, overwhelm and where your nervous system sets the pace. No pressure. No pretending. No polished performance of healing.

I offer personalised tools, handouts, worksheets, and strategies tailored to your needs as they arise. Nothing here is one‑size‑fits‑all.

You are not a template.

Why Rebel Calm Exists

Because people like us deserve a place to land. A place to breathe. A place to grow without being told to “tone it down.” A place where calm is not passive, it’s powerful. A place where healing is not quiet - it’s rebellious. A place where your story is not too much; it’s the beginning.

Rebel Calm is the room I needed for most of my life.

Now it’s yours.
