These services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, or
• Have written parental/guardian consent if under 18

You must provide accurate information when booking or purchasing.

4. Booking & Payments for Services

4.1 Booking

Sessions are booked via the website, email, or direct communication. A booking is confirmed once payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).

4.2 Payments

Payments must be made in advance unless a payment plan has been agreed.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for services follow the cancellation policy below.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Services Only)

5.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 48 hours’ notice: session may be rescheduled
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: full fee is payable
• No‑shows: full fee is payable

5.2 Practitioner Cancellations

If Rebel Calm must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the next available appointment or a refund if appropriate.

6. Product Sales (Journals, Clothing & Accessories)

Rebel Calm offers original physical products through Amazon and other third‑party retailers.

6.1 Ordering

All product orders are processed through the relevant third‑party platform (e.g., Amazon). By purchasing, you agree to the retailer’s own terms, policies, and payment processes.

6.2 Pricing

Prices displayed on Amazon or other retailers are final and may differ from prices shown on this website due to platform fees or promotions.

6.3 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery times, and fulfilment are handled by the retailer. Rebel Calm is not responsible for:

• Delays
• Lost parcels
• Delivery errors
• Customs or import fees

These issues must be resolved directly with the retailer.

6.4 Returns & Refunds

10.2 No Guarantees

Outcomes from coaching or therapy cannot be guaranteed.

10.3 Product Disclaimer

Physical products are provided “as described” and are intended for general wellbeing, journaling, or lifestyle use. They are not medical devices or therapeutic tools regulated under medical standards.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Rebel Calm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Rebel Calm is not responsible for decisions made based on sessions or website content
• Rebel Calm is not liable for issues arising from third‑party retailers, including Amazon
• Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question
